1. Overview
The nextquery beta chrome extension allows users to manually fetch AI-generated assets from Weavy.ai and ChatGPT. The extension does not collect data automatically—it only processes data when you explicitly trigger a fetch. We do not monitor browsing, track behavior, or access any site content beyond Weavy.ai and ChatGPT. Your privacy is a core requirement of how this extension works.
2. Data We Collect
We only capture prompts if an image is generated. If no image is generated, no prompt or text is collected.
When you trigger a fetch, the extension may process:
Images generated in Weavy.ai or ChatGPT
Associated prompts only if an image was generated
Generation metadata tied to those assets
We do not collect:
Browsing data
Page content outside Weavy.ai and ChatGPT
Background activity
Text-only prompts or chats where no image was produced
3. How We Use the Data
Data you fetch is used solely for nextquery functionality:
Uploading selected assets to your nextquery workspace
Versioning, managing, and organizing AI-generated media
Providing the features you explicitly request
We do not use your data for analytics, advertising, profiling, or internal model training.
4. Data Storage & Security
Data transferred to the nextquery beta chrome extension is protected by:
Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
Encryption at rest
Secure, access-controlled servers
Strong authentication and authorization
Regular backups for system integrity
Your content is private and tied only to your authenticated nextquery account.
5. Data Deletion
When you delete an asset or your entire account:
The data is permanently removed
No backup copies are retained
Deletion is irreversible
Account deletion removes all associated files and information
We do not retain anything you choose to delete.
6. No Third-Party Sharing
nextquery does not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties.
We will never:
Sell your information
Provide advertiser or marketing access
Give external entities visibility into your files
Use your content for training or research
Your assets remain exclusively yours.
7. Permissions
The extension requests only the permissions required to fetch the content you select.
The extension does not:
Read arbitrary web pages
Track your browsing across tabs
Collect data outside Weavy.ai and ChatGPT
8. Your Rights
You can, at any time:
View your stored data
Update your account information
Export assets
Delete individual files
Delete your entire account and all associated data
You maintain full control.
